Vintage Coulour is a sole trader company located in New Zealand. By making a purchase from us you accept the following terms and conditions.
All of our products are vintage and are NOT new. They are in used vintage condition and you can expect some signs of age and wear. We love the fact our items have an history that adds to the character of these beautiful pieces. If a piece has a significant issue we will note it in the description. We do not use stock photographs in our listing. The photographs provided for each piece are of the actual item on offer. If you have any questions or want photographs from different angles, please contact us.
All of our prices are quoted in NZ dollars. Payment can be made by debit or credit card through this website.
We ship our items nationwide via NZ Post. We can ship internationally, but please contact us first for shipping costs. We recycle packaging where possible to help reduce waste and keep shipping costs down. Once payment has been received, we normally ship in 1-2 working days. You will be notified once your order has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided for New Zealand orders. Once shipped, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery in New Zealand. You are welcome to organise and use your preferred handler at your own cost. And if you are in Wellington, you can arrange to pick up your order at no cost for shipping.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY:
As noted, all of our items are in used vintage condition and it is important to read the full item desciption before purchasing. We will work with you and answer any questions to ensure you get the right piece and without dissapointment.
Orders can be cancelled by email before shipping for a full refund. Once shipped refunds will not be made automatically when the item received is as described and there has been a simple change of mind. We will consider exchanges in such circumstances provided the item is returned in the condition it was sent and additional shipping charges are paid.
We pack pieces carefully for safe shipping. However, if an item is damaged in transit we will refund your payment in full provided you can provide photographs of the damaged item and packaging. All refund requests for damages must be made within 5 days of delivery.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY:
We are committed to protecting your privacy and the information you provide us. The information provided at check out will only be used for completing your order and providing you a service.
Your payment will be processed through eWAY Payment Gateway. eWAY secures all your customer and credit-card data with secure software and servers, and the highest level of encryption available. Vintage Colour will not store or transfer any of your credit card information, in fact, we don't see it. All data is transferred using eWAY's secure servers.
